Your tasks
- Planning and dispatching transports in general cargo and full loads
- Coordinating drivers, customers and partners
- The central contact for every transport-related question
- Monitoring transport workflows and actively solving problems day to day
- Price negotiations and the ongoing optimisation of workflows and quality
- Helping with customs clearance and transport processes
- Actively shaping and developing internal processes
Your profile
- A commercial qualification, ideally in logistics or with a shipping company
- A pronounced talent for organisation and a hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills within the team and with customers and partners
- Very good German, English as a matter of course, further languages an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and an openness to digital tools
- Flexibility, resilience and enjoyment of changing challenges
- Experience in international transport an advantage, but not a must
Salary
We offer an attractive salary for this position that reflects your qualifications and experience (starting at EUR 2,738 gross per month). For legal reasons, we wish to point out that the position is classified as B I under the collective agreement for shipping companies.

You plan transports, coordinate trucks and talk to customers and carriers. Organisation, a feel for geography and teamwork come first.

MS Office and specialised shipping software for dispatch, invoicing and tracking.
German is a requirement. English helps, and further languages (Slovenian or Croatian, for example) are a plus – especially in the international business.
For staff on the shop floor in particular, moving from the warehouse or transhipment into dispatch is a natural step – and one we actively support.
